CEOs tend to emphasize logical and rational thinking. However, I question the need for CEOs to be so rational in a management environment. This research provides a logical explanation into the understanding of the main concepts that are required of CEOs; creativity and originality. Also, by researching CEOs who have performed in dance performances, I am intending to research whether the experience of performing in dance enables CEOs to actually improve and develop the important notions of creativity and originality. Performing in dance demands intellectual movement, where the CEOs experience and interpret the creative artistic operations regarding originality through the movements of their body. This concept of originality that is used by the CEOs are concretely applied in an actual management environment. The conclusion of this research comes from the observation of CEOs who have experienced dance as an art form, and an analysis of in-depth interviews with these people. This research confirms that experiencing dance as an art form enhances CEOs` understanding and development of the notion of creativity, and thus encourages CEOs to take up the challenge of developing new and original ideas.
