This article aims to analyze the Korean University students` perception and attitude about multicultural situation in Korea in order to develop a direction of multicultural education. The research bases upon an opinion survey of Kongju National University students as well as the previous analyses. In the opinion survey results, the students` perception and attitude about multicultural trend are positive under the some limits. First, in terms of the government policy, the students support anti-discrimination and social benefits policy rather than affirmative action and represent system for immigrants. Second, in terms of preference order among immigrants` background, students prefer American and her culture to other immigrants, especially came from south-east countries, such as Vietnam and Philippine. Third, students consider the identity of Koreans as the peopte with whom they can share same language and culture. According to the characteristics of the students` multicultural perception and attitude, the multicultural education can be evaluated and reestablished for the forming new identity of multicultural citizen and denizen. Some suggestions are issued for the formation of identity of multicultural citizenship. First of all, the important values, such as justice, Human rights and anti-discrimination are the core of multicultural citizenship. Social participation, like acting as volunteer in local immigrants` community is also important in improving multicultural perception and forming identity of multicultural citizenship. In order to go beyond global multiculturalism, students needs to use the opportunities of communication with foreign students with in the campus.
