통일은 상생이 필요하다. 양보하고 타협해야 한다. 폭력에 의한 통일이 아닌 보다 성숙한 사상과 이념의 통합을 통한 통일이 시급하다. 서로의 장점을 받아들이고 단점은 버릴 수 있는 성숙함이 필요하다. 그러므로 3권분리의 정부형태를 바탕으로 독재를 방지하고, 이에 제4부인 지도사상부를 더해 민족의 발전과 평화통일을 위한 사상교육, 정신교육이 필요하다. 이로써 우리는 동학의 인내천사상을 바탕으로 한 상생, 평등, 통합 등에 대해 배우고, 인간중심철학에 대하여 배워야 한다. 그럼으로써 한반도의 평화통일에 한 발자국씩 앞으로 나아가고, 평화통일을 이룩하는 기본바탕이 될 것이다. 개인주의와 집단주의는 서로 다르다. 이 세상에는 완벽하게 대립되어 따로 존재하는 것이 없고, 완전히 통합되어 하나인 사상도 없다. 모든 것이 융합의 부분과 그렇지 못한 부분을 가지는데 만약 융합된 부분이 더 크면 통일되었다고 보는 것이고 대립되어 있는 부분이 더 크면 대립되어 있다고 보는 것이다. 이렇게 대립되어 있는 사상을 하나로 통일하는 것이 우리가 해야 할 과제이다. 이러한 인간중심 인내천 사상이 우리 모두가 가지게 된다면 폭력은 자연히 사라지고 통일을 이룰 수 있을 것이다. 그리하여 이를 견인하는 지도사상부의 통일교육과 이념당의 통일운동이 수반되어짐으로써 민족의 평화통일은 비로소 앞당겨지게 될 것이다.

The unification needs mutual life. We should concede and compromise. It is hurried to achieve unification through ripeningly thoughtful and ideological integration, not by violent means. It is necessary to accept mutual merits and to forgive mutual faults. Therefore, by protecting the dictatorship of the executive based on the separation of 3 powers(the legislature, the executive, the judiciary), it is essential to teach the necessity of the 4th government guiding thought for the ideological, spiritual education for the peaceful unification. We have to learn the human-centered philosophy. As a result, we can advance forward to the national unification step by step. So it is the basis of the completing peaceful unification. Individualism and collectivism is different each other. In this world, there is neither absolute separating thought nor absolute unifying thought. All the things have not only the separating part, but also the unifying part. So if the separating part looks to be larger, we can call it confrontation, if the integrating part seems to be larger, we can call it unification. Our imminent problems is to integrate the still confronting thought as one unity. If we have to know the Innaecheon(人乃天) democracy built on the human-centered philosophy, we can accomplish the unification naturally without violence. Therefore the peaceful unification of Korean nation, at last, can be moved a date up forward by accompanying the logical teaching of the (4th) government guiding thought and the practical movement of the ideological political party of democracy.
