Behavior Probability for Armor Stone Filler Induced by Wave

The objectives of this study is to propose efficient approach for filler stability of armor stone against the wave. The wave time series using by long-term estimated wave (KORDI) is applied to the wave condition. It is estimated an annual behavior probability for armor stone filler which is applied by fluid particle velocity induced wave propagation and formula of the USACE based on formula of Isbash. Behavior of armor stone filler available in January and December is at the largest probability, and the lower slope was higher than in the other sections. Previous studies regarding the specific wave conditions were calculated on the safe armor stone filler weight. In this study, using the wave time series of specific rubble of the annual behavior of the weight can be estimated by quantitative probabilities. Beginning with this study, more various formulas or hydraulic experiments on the stability of rubble mound dike with a high degree of long-term results should be drawn.
