최근의 경영환경은 끊임없이 변화하고 있고, 시장에서의 경쟁이 더욱 치열해짐에 따라 기업의 경영환경에 막대한 영향력을 행사하는 리더십의 중요성이 점점 더 높아지고 있다. 이러한 리더십의 개념과 중요성, 그리고 훌륭한 리더의 특성과 효과적인 리더십의 요인 등에 관하여 지금까지 여러 분야에서 다양한 접근을 통한 이론들이 연구되어 왔다. 그러나 리더십에 관한 이론적 발전과 수많은 논의가 전개되어왔음에도 불구하고, 끊임없이 변화하는 환경에 대응하기 위한 변화주도자로서 리더의 역할은 여전히 중요한 연구과제로 남아있다. 본 연구에서는 서번트 리더십, 기술경영성과, 상사의 신뢰수준과의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 서번트 리더십이 기술경영성과에 미치는 영향관계에 있어서 상사의 신뢰가 조절역할을 하는지 확인하기 위하여 이론 연구를 토대로 연구가설을 설정하고 이를 검정하기 위하여 SK그룹 내 기술조직 구성원을 연구 대상으로 설문분석을 실시하였다. 통계 패키지인 SAS 9.1과 SPSS 12를 통한 분석결과 서번트 리더십은 기술경영성과 하위요소에 정의 영향을 미쳤으나, 신뢰의 조절효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 SK그룹 내 일부 조직 구성원들에 대해서만 한정했기 때문에 연구 결과를 일반화하는데 있어 한계가 있으므로, 향후 이에 대한 연구가 추가될 필요가 있을 것으로 생각된다.

I try to make a special study of correlation among servant leadership, result for manage of technology and superior trust. Does superior trust can be medium between on the effect of result for management of technology and servant leadership? I did check to find the answer for that question. For this, I made study hypothesis based on theory researches. I got 112 cases questionnaires from members of organization in the major company such as SK telecom, SK broadband, SK construction company, SKNS of SK conglomerate to examine my study hypothesis. The four hypothesis were adopted among eight hypothesis First, servant leadership effect positive(+) influence on the result for management of technology. Second, servant leadership certainly effect on the result for management of technology but, superior trust doesn`t control in their correlation. Third, my research has a limit. I presented type of restricted scope like a member of engineers in SK group. After this study I though we need to study more about influence between servant leadership and result for management of technology by choosing extensive subject, for instance, Korean companies and foreign companies (financial business, civil servant, manufacturing industries, school personnel, large company, small and medium enterprises, ect.).
