Casino dealers appear to experience a considerable lever of job stress. Job stress affects individual employee`s health and quality of their life as well as operation of the organizational and management results. This study attempted to check the impact of the job stress felt by casino dealers on their job satisfaction and turnover intention. The questionnaire-based survey was conducted with dealers at eight selected casinos. The number of valid samples used for demonstrative analysis came to 191 in total. SPSS for windows 12.0 program was used for questionnaire date. This study came up with the following findings: 1) Job characteristics and organizational characteristics among job stress factors have a negative impact on job satisfaction. 2) Job characteristics, organizational characteristics and language characteristics among job stress factors acted to raise turnover intention. 3) Job satisfaction has a negative impact on turnover intention. It is hoped that the results of the study will contribute to more efficient management of casino dealer.
