This research was able to reach the following conclusions through the blood analysis and skin roughness tests to prove the effects improving the blood and skin roughness by each single dietary treatment of collagen and vinegar, and the complex dietary treatment of collagen and vinegar for the women in their 50s-60s whose aging processes have been accelerated. First, as the results of having compared the general characteristics in each group, there were no substantial differences between each group. Second, in the nutrient intake status, we were able to ascertain that the collagen intake excluding the factors related to the dietary treatment has an effect on the blood and skin roughness, because there were no substantial differences in any nutrient intake of either the experimental group or the control group before and after the test. Third, in the blood analysis, collagen showed the changes which collagen+vinegar group increased by 2.4 times more than the changes which the collagen density in blood of the collagen group increases (p<0.01), albumin showed the increases 1.5 times (p<0.001), ferritin showed the changes 2.9 times and showed the changes which collagen + vinegar group increased by 1.3 times more than the changes which the ferritin density in blood of the vinegar group increases (p<0.001). Fourth, as the result of the skin roughness test, we ascertained that the complex dietary treatment has a better effect improving the skin roughness than the single dietary treatment.
