본 연구의 목적은 투자대안의 경제적 타당성에 분석 및 평가에서 투자자금의 형태를 고려한 대안의 경제성 평가를 위한 종합모델의 구축에 있다. 지금까지의 경제성 평가를 위한 연구방법은 주로 투입자금에 대한 회수되는 자금에 대하여 PW, AE 혹은 FW 등으로 단순하게 평가하여 왔으며 투자대안의 형태를 대한 고려하는 연구는 없었다. 또한 부족한 투자자금을 보충하기 위해 차입금을 유입하였을 경우 차입금의 상환형태와 이율에 의해 투자안의 경제성이 다르게 변한다. MARR 및 투자금의 수익성의 추정형태 등에 따라서 경제성이 다르게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 투입요소의 입력에서부터 분석 및 경제성평가와 의사결정을 위한 민감도 분석 등 투자대안의 형태를 고려한 전체를 엑셀 스프레드시트를 활용하여 종합하는 종합모델을 만들어 기업실무에 효과적으로 사용할 수 있도록 하였다.

The Purpose of this study is to construct a synthesis model to analyze and evaluate regarding the types of investment capital. Up to now the method of it is merely to evaluate PW(Present Worth), AE(Annanual Equivalent) or FW(Future Worth) for economy feasibility of investment alternatives. The economical efficiency of it is changed by the types of investment capital and the potion of borrowed capital and also by the estimation of MARR(Minimum Attractive Rate of Return) and profitability. So this study present the method of construction on synthesis model to analyze and evaluate regarding the types of investment capital by using excell spreadsheet in order to make use of it in the business fields.
