지식기반경제에서는 지적 재산, 즉 축적된 기술과 노하우가 기업의 경쟁력과 국가의 경제성장의 가장 중요한 원천으로 인식되고 있다. 특허 등 지적 재산은 다양한 영역에서 기업의 경영 전략 및 기술혁신 전략과 밀접한 관계를 맺으며 활용되고 있으며, 특허가치평가의 중요성도 점차 증가하고 있다. 지금까지 가장 활발하게 연구가 이루어진 부분은 특허의 가치를 어떻게 평가할 것인가에 대한 방법론적인 연구가 많았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전문가 설문을 통해 선행연구와 기술가치평가 기관에서 제시된 평가 모형들 중에서 7개의 중요 요소를 도출하였다. 또한 AHP 기법을 활용하여 제품군별로 특허가치평가 중요 요소들이 어떠한 차이를 보이는지에 대하여 분석을 하였다.

In the knowledge-based economy, intellectual capital-the accumulation of technology and know-how-is recognized as the most important source of company`s competitive advantage and economic growth. Intellectual property is closely connected which the management strategy and a technology innovation strategy of the enterprise and the importance of patent valuation is increasing gradually. But until now, methodological research that how to evaluate the value of patent was a mainstream. In this paper, we present the 7 important factors of patent valuation through a questionnaire survey with patent experts by reviewing the valuation criteria presented in the existing valuation models of technology valuation organizations and previous researches. And using AHP method, we analyzed difference of 7 factors about kind of product.
