세계적으로 철강산업의 중요성은 높아지고 있으며, 철강산업에 대한 환경 변화가 일어나고 있다. 한국내에서도 철강산업에 대한 변화가 필요하다는 것을 인식하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한국 철강산업의 여러 가지 파급효과들을 산업연관분석을 통하여 살펴본다. 수요승수와 생산승수를 이용하여 철강산업의 생산유발효과와 부가가치 유발효과를 비교한다. 또한 철강산업의 취업유발효과, 공급지장효과, 물가파급효과를 분석한다.

The importance of steel industry has been growing around the world and the environment of steel industry is changing. Korea is also recognizing the significance of steel Industry. Therefore this study attempts to analyse the variety impacts of Korean steel industry using an inter-industry analysis. This study compares the production-inducing effect and value added inducing effect of steel industry using final demand and Ritz-Spaulding Multipliers. Moreover, this study analyses the employ-inducing effect, supply shortage effect and sectoral price effect of steel industry.
