본 연구는 인천지역을 중심으로 취업 취약계층인 실업 청년을 위한 일자리 확보와 취약한 사회서비스 개발 및 확충으로 국민의 복지를 향상하고자 한 지역사회서비스 청년사업단 사업의 효과를 인천광역시에서 선정한 6개의 청년사업단의 제공인력과 서비스이용자 대상의 만족도로 평가하고자 하였다. 기본적으로 인천지역을 중심으로 현 사회가 요구하는 창의적 인재 양성의 기틀 마련과 이에 대한 사회적 요구를 본 청년사업단 사업을 통해 새로운 관점을 제공한 측면들을 만족도 결과로 살펴볼 수 있다. 보건복지부 지역사회서비스 청년사업단 사업에 대한 본 연구는 사회의 관점이 사회의 요구에 따라 결정되며 사회의 요구는 사회의 변화에 근간을 둔다는 측면에서 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 지역사회서비스제공의 체계적인 관리를 통해 서비스대상의 높은 만족도를 얻을 수 있었으며 성과관리 가운데 다음과 같은 주요한 결과들을 도출할 수 있었다. 내용면에서는 다문화가정 아동 Total-Care 서비스, 인지건강증진 서비스, 아동청소년 대상의 독서능력지수 향상 서비스, 영재교육서비스, 아동학습 멘토링 서비스, 사례관리 서비스를 들 수 있으며 2009년 하반기인 6월부터 12월까지 6개월 동안 인천지역을 중심으로 진행된 지역사회서비스 청년사업단 사업에 대한 만족도조사로 지역사회서비스 사업에 대한 긍정적인 활성화를 독려한 측면을 살펴볼 수 있다.

Ministry of Health and Welfare suggest social service that causes relative losses in people`s mind and it drastically weakens the meaning of family as a solution for poverty. This family crisis brings negative effect on mental, physical growth to achieve growth into whole people. Public service sector including welfare in management of results and evaluation of satisfaction with service expressed high satisfaction in Incheon servant people. After analyzing the results of the study, the following suggestions were made. First, Those people who get the social service has growth of score in many ways. Second, According to a perception of service satisfaction, those who local people answered that this service has to long term with specific system. It is necessary to make the system on social service related education service, guideline in details, and assessment during service in many local. For this, it is imperative to expand concerns and understandings of managers about social services. This is not to get accomplished people working for organization but get accomplished concerns of servant`s division and administrative supports.
