Objectives: The aim of this paper is to report a useful case about the distribution of herb tea against the diffusion of new influenza A (H1N1). Methods: 1. The washy herb tea of Eungyosan-gamibang was supplied to the students at the 1st, week of December. 2. We recruited the report on the new influenza A (H1N1) from August 30 2009 to February 28 2010. Results: 1. The occurrence of new influenza A (H1N1) patient reached the peak during 3 weeks, from the 4th week of October to the 2nd week of November, and this tendency is parallel with the report from the Ministry for Health, Welfare, and Family. 2. New influenza A (H1N1) occurred until the next week of the supply of herb tea. Conclusions: it is likely that this report is useful as a basic data for the further study investigating the effect of herb tea on the inhibition of the diffusion of new influenza A (H1N1).
