본 연구는 지역아동센터에 근무하는 종사자의 특성에 따른 직무수행 빈도, 중요도, 교육 필요도 등의 직무인식도를 조사함으로써 향후 지역아동센터 종사자의 전문성 향상을 위한 방안을 도출하는데 주목적이 있다. 주요연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역아동센터 종사자들의 수행 빈도, 중요도, 교육필요도가 가장 높은 직무 영역은 학습지원업무로 나타났다. 둘째, 지역아동센터 종사자들은 교육활동과 다양한 지역사회 자원연계활동에 어려움을 나타냈다. 셋째, 보직자일 수록 기관 운영 및 지역사회 연계 등의 외부활동을 더 많이 수행하며 이에 대한 중요도와 교육 필요도를 높게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에, 효율적인 직무수행을 위한 해당분야 연수 및 교육의 기회 확대가 시급히 요구된다.

The purposes of this study are to survey perception of community social workers about job performance frequency, importance, and training needs, and to analyze the survey according to relative variable. The results are followings. First, community social workers for children perform learning support the most frequently, perceive it the most important, and demand strongly training about it. Second, community social workers for children have difficulties in educating children and in providing service by way of networking diverse community resources. Third, assigned community social workers for children perform the more outward activities such as center management and community networking, perceive outward activities important, and demand training about it. So that, increase in workshop and training is desired in order for community social workers for children to perform its mission properly.
