본 논문은 청소년기의 학업을 성취해 나가는 과정에서 발생하는 열등감에 대하여 성경의 조명 아래서 그들을 이해하고 상담하며 상담적인 방안들을 간구하여 하나님의 닮은 형상으로 만드신 목적에 합당한 삶을 살아드리도록 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 먼저 선행 연구를 바탕으로 청소년들의 학업성취에 영향을 미치는 심리적 요인을 성취동기, 부모의 학업성취 압력, 스트레스, 대인관계, 생활 만족도, 신앙생활로 학업성취 요인을 정리하였고, 열등감에 대하여 연구하였다. 마지막으로 위의 결과들에 대하여 어떻게 성경적 상담학적 방법으로 접근 할 것인가 연구하기 위하여 성경적인 대안을 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 가정, 교회 그리고 상담 현장에서는 청소년들에게 성경을 기준으로 바른 교육과 상담을 통하여 하나님의 형상을 회복하고, 긍정적인 시각으로 자기에게 주신 달란트를 확인하여 하나님이 기뻐하시는 믿음의 자녀들이 되도록 인도해야 한다.

Confucianism of rising in the world and gaining fame, popularization of education and educational features of centered an entrance examination makes teenagers spend their adolescent period on a goal of entering at the best university Teenagers suffer from an inferiority complex because of many amount of studying such as homework, extracurricular activities, supplementary lessons and self-studying; pressure in other to gain better scores and their patent`s expectation to their children could be entered the best university. The purpose of the study is that It makes their life devote to God`s purpose make them like God`s image through understanding mind, counseling and finding method of counseling under the biblical insight for their inferiority occurred while schoolwork processing. First, Based on preceding study we divided psychological factor effecting for teenager`s scholastic achievement into achieve motivated, parent`s pressure of schoolwork, stress, relationship, satisfaction, religious life and then studied about inferiority. By conducting questionnaire, we studied subordinate factor`s influence for a sense of inferiority. According to survey results, High inferiority is when they have lots of stress and a few of satisfaction but inferiority is reduced when they are spending a lot of time for religious life. Finally, for a result above, we studied about C.C.E.F and Jong`s counseling process for the study of how to approach to the biblical counseling method and then performed case study through the preceding study. Studies have reflected that holy spirit`s strong power had occurred while processing on achieving schoolwork and effected reducing inferiority. Through this conclusion, we suggested biblical proposal. According to the research above, Home, church and counseling filed have to lead teenagers becoming children of God`s delighted; recovering God`s image through the right education and counseling; finding their talent by positive perspective.
