A seven-phase psychological skills counselling program for performance enhancement and human growth is outlined. The counselling program borrow heavily form model of Boutcher & Rotella(1987) and Thomas(1990). The seven-phase of the program are intake and application, guideline and education of sport counselling, individual and team contact, assessment and interpretation, and actual implementation of psychological skill training, program evaluation.
