Lilies have been cultured ancient times, through out the word and became one of the most importance ornamental crops (Woodcock & Stern, 1950), It belong to the genus Lilium of family liliacease, which consisting of approximately 100 species in Eurasia and North American continents (Anja Hohtola et al, 2005). A successful hybridization between oriental hybrids x L.brownii have not been reported excised by applied cut style pollination and various embryo recues techniques for overcome pre-fertilization and post-fertilization barriers in this interspecific hybridization. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to conducted the cross compatibility, to obtained planets from interspecific hybridization viable introduced into cultivar plant, and also to identify the Pre-and post-fertilization berries in reciprol cross combination between Oriental hybrids x L.brownii cross combination, and also compare the effiencies of various embryo rescue method in interspecific hybridization of oriental hybrids x L.brownii. In order to conduced the interspecifi hybridization, first identifying pre-fertilization barriers base on test pollen germination of L.brownii and other Lily groups had collected from greenhouse and immediately placed in 100 ml Petridis with medium containing agar 1 g?¡¤L-1, sucrose 20 g?¡¤L-1, boric acid 10 mg?¡¤L-1.The pH of 5. 48 was adjusted, the result indicated that all pollen are continue germination until 10 hrs of culture, maximum rate of pollen germinated was height in one to three hours after culture, KDD,WSTA and Coamolo germination rate reached as height 79.25, 78.82 and 70.53, restively. After 8 hours germination rate was normal germinated (Table.2). In order to understand which pistil receptibility, L.browniiwas mounted on an intact style of Oriental hybrids and harvested 12 hr, 24 hr, 48 hr, 72 hr and 96 hr, and fixed FAA solution (Formaldehyde: acetic acid:70% ethanol=5:5:90) and observed under a fluorescent microscope. Pollen tube growth in style was normally during 12 hr to 48 hr, and abnormal growth after 48 hr, rate of pollen tube grown was height in cross combination between space mountain x KDD, Yelloween x KDD, and lowest in Sorbonne x KDD by 90.80 %, 81.82 %, and 38.33%, restively. To study cross compatibility between oriental hybrids x L.brownii at several cross combination had conducted by cut-style pollination and found that rate of fruit set in 20 cross combination almost compatibility, rate of fruit set was height in space mountain x YY, Altari x PETH, Sorbone x KDD 100%, 97.87%, 97.82%, respectively. Comparisons cross compatibility between L.brownii cross with longiforum groups base on rate of fruit set 90 % in R.heral x KDD and 56.24% in E-No.2 x KDD. Rate of fruit set in Asiatic groups between cross combination Time diamond x KDD also reached 100%, Yellow diamond x KDD 53.34% and Pontorma x KDD 20 %. In this research indicated that pre-fertilization could overcome by applied cut style pollination method in order to making new cultivar for more future study embryo rescue techniques as well as ovary slice, ovule, embryo and young ovule-with placental tissue culture
