본 연구에서는 최근 시대적 흐름인 통합교육이 장애유아 뿐만 아니라 일반 유아의 심리적 건강성을 증진시킬 수 있는 긍정적 효과가 있음에도 불구하고 그러한 측면이 잘 인식되지 못하고 있는 점에 기초하여 장애 유아통합 환경 교실에서의 반 편견 문학활동의 실시가 일반유아의 친사회성과 장애인식 변화에 어떠한 효과를 나타내는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 반편견 문학활동 프로그램 실시 후에 유아들의 친사회성과 장애인식은 유의미하게 증가하였다. 결론적으로, 반편견 문학활동은 일반유아의 인성이나 사회성 등의 심리적 건강성을 증진시키는데 효과적이다.

Inclusion has many positive benefits both for typically developing children and children with special needs. This study was designed to examine changes of pro-sociality and disability awareness of typically developing children after implementing an anti-bias literature program in their classes with the presence of children with special needs in the same classrooms. Pre-tests and post-tests were conducted in order to investigate if the anti-bias literature program was effective on the development of the children`s pro-sociality and the disability awareness. According to the results, children`s pro-sociality and disability awareness significantly increased after the anti-bias literature program. In conclusion, the anti-bias literature program was found to be effective to promote children`s positive personality and sociability.
