We fabricated two organopolymeric solar cells based on poly(N-vinyl carbazole) (PVK) mixed with metalloporphyrin/Alq₃ p-n junction system and evaporated metalloporphyrin/Alq₃ p-n junction system. 5,10.15.20-tetraphenylporphyrinatomagnesium (MgTPP) was used as a photogenerating dye and PVK was used as a electron transporter. Photovoltaic parameters (open circuit voltage (V_(oc)). short circuit current (J_(sc)). fill factor (FF) and conversion efficiency(η) of ITO/PVK(MgTPP)/Alq₃/Al cell was calculated.
