본 논문의 목적은 창의성 연구의 여러 경향들 중 합류적 접근이론의 관점을 살펴보고 한편으로는 음악창의성 연구들을 사고과정과 전략유형, 개념모형 연구 중심으로 정리해봄으로써 합류적 관점에서 음악창의성의 개념을 이해하고 보다 다양한 연구를 위해 필요한 것들을 제안하는 것이다. 최근 창의성이란 단순히 한 가지 측면에서만 바라보거나 단일한 과정으로 처리될 수 없는 다면적 실체라는 합류적 관점에 의견을 모으고 있다. 한편 음악창의성 연구들은 일반적으로 아이디어의 생성, 정교화, 수정의 사고과정을 거친다고 보며, 전략은 연구자마다 매우 다양함을 알 수 있다. 합류적 관점에서 보았을 때 음악창의성은 일반창의성과 공통되는 부분이 있으면서 음악만이 가지는 영역적 특수성이 있다고 할 수 있으며, 합류적 연구방법은 음악창의성 연구를 위해 다양한 관점의 연구방법들을 시사해주고, 음악창의성에 영향을 미치는 각각의 요소들 간의 관계에 대한 연구 또한 필요함을 제안해준다.

The purpose of this study was to propose requirments for understanding the concept of musical creativity and doing research from various viewpoint. This study examined confluence approaches among the much of creativity research, while examined musical creativity research based thinking process, strategy style and ideal model. Recently much research has been agreed about creativity has multiple components, so it couldn`t be looked in one side and couldn`t be managed single process. Much research of musical creatitivity has displayed musical thinking process, strategy style, and ideal model. Generally musical thinking process had idea creation, elaboration, revision. Musical problem solving strategy was very diverse by researcher. In conclusion, form the confluence approaches view, musical creativity had common denominator with general creativity at the same time, has domain specific feature. Confluence approaches suggested diverse research method to study musical creativity form several viewpoint and proposed that musical creativity study was in need of inquiring relationship with factors which had influence on musical creativity.
