The current study analyzed the effectiveness of youth activities, characteristics of training activity, voluntary service activity and club activity, advantageous(self-esteem, vocational maturity, academic achievement, life satisfaction) and disadvantageous(Stress, Delinquency) factors for youth activity using Korea Youth Panel Survey(KYPS: 2003~2006). As a result of the study, it was found that the relationship of youth activity and advantageous factors is positive correlation whereas advantageous factors is negative correlation. And the self-esteem, vocational maturity is generally high, stress is no significant changes as they get older. In addition, it was observed that in case of training activity influences on self-esteem in 2003, 2005, 2006 and had statistically positive influences on vocational maturity in 2005, 2006 and was founded affecting youth delinquency in the 2rd grade in a high school. In the case of academic achievement, it were effected club activity from 2003 to 2005 and training activity affect in high school students. Youth club activity influences on stress in the 2rd grade in a middle school & the 1st grade in a high school and had statistically effected Juvenile delinquency in 2003. The result of the this study will be a basic material to build in the future of youth activity direction by the developmental task of perspective.
