MePEG/PDLLA block copolymer micelle containing methacryloyl functional end was prepared and core-stabilization was achieved via chemical and photochemical polymerization of methacryloyl group within the micelle core. The characterization of micelle solution and stability study of the core-polymerized one were carried out by using both dynamic and static light scattering technique.
