This study was performed by paying attention to the fact that management education must be consolidated due to lack of its curriculum even though many dancing graduates manage professional dancing academies. To accomplish this goal, I collected data and analysed pre-study and curricula of eight universities selected. The followings are conclusions that are obtained by conducting data analyses and examining career interests of dance companies and academies. First, dance department has to produce professional dance manager beyond producing dance teachers and dancers. To produce professional dance managers, the department makes up subjects about planning and management of dance performance, development of performing art program, art management, culture art policy, study on art PR media, performing art, managing and planning dance and etc. and study hours are also important. Second, identity of dance has to be established as an art college or dance college independently of natural science college, college of humanities and physical training college and enough study hours have to be secured. Third, the department has to make percentage between practical techniques and theories be equal and organize subjects for training professional dance manager.
