Optical surfaces with a thin layer to improve light transmission are ubiquitous in every optical application and Anti-reflection coatings are indispensable requirement for many optical applications. recently, fabrication of highly ordered mono-layers of the colloid particles in two dimensions has received much attention, because of their potential applications to several devices such as bio-sensors, bio-chips, multiple electrodes. Electrostatic attraction is an useful interaction for assembling materials such as poly-electrolytes and charged colloidal particles. by this means, some functional materials could be introduced for various performance. In this study, F-containing materials will be used for this experiment.
