목적: 만성눈물주머니염을 치료받다가 급성눈물주머니염이 발생해 합병된 안와농양으로 시력저하를 유발한 증례를 보고하고자 한다. 대상과 방법: 과거력상 어려서부터 만성코곁굴염이 있었으며 6년 전부터는 오른쪽의 만성눈물주머니염으로 치료를 받던 59세 여자 환자가 2주전 감기증상 후 오른쪽 눈꺼풀부종과 안와통증, 안구운동장애, 안구돌출, 눈물흘림, 결막부종, 시력저하를 주소로 내원하였다. 안와 전산화단층촬영을 시행하였고 농양 분비물에서 세균배양 및 항생제 감수성

Purpose: We report a case of orbital abscess secondary to acute dacryocystitis in which the patient had been cared for chronic dacryocystitis. Methods: A 59-year-old woman presented to our clinic with a history of chronic sinusitis from childhood and righ
