Abstract

목적 : Cisplatin은 난소암 등에 사용되어지는 화학요법제이다. 본 저자들은 난소암세포주에서 apoptosis에 대한 Cisplatin과 Theophylline의 상승효과가 있는지를 밝히기 위해 연구하였다. 연구 방법 : 난소암세포주인 OC-109와 OC-238이 실험에 사용되었다. BCL-2 항체는 Santa Cruz Biotechnology에서 구입했고, p53과 Mdm-2 항체는 Weizmann Institute의 M. Oren으로부터 얻었다
