In this paper, we consider the oscillation of the neutral delay difference equation with continuous arguments Δ_t(x(t)-p_1x(t-T_1)-p2x(t-T_2))_+?? qkx(t-σ_k)=0 where T, T_1, T_2, P_1, P_2, qk, σk∈(0,∞) for k=1,2,...,m. we obtain some necessary and sufficient conditions for the oscillation of the above equation.
