The purpose of this study is to examine how organizational communication in troupe of professional dancers influences in organizational commitment and how organizational commitment in troupe of professional dancers influences in satisfaction of dancing performance participation, furthermore, to clarifies relation with cause and effect among organizational communication, organizational commitment, and satisfaction of dancing performance participation in troupe of professional dancers, For the purpose of this study, population of 263 is collected in total through the cluster random sampling method among the professional dancers attached in troupe of professional dancer as for year of 2003. Questionnaire is used as a measuring scale in this study, Validity of questionnaire is verified through experts meeting and analysis of variables. According to the result of reliability analysis, reliability of questionnaire shows, α=.679~.696 for organizational communication α =.602~.880 for organizational commitment and α=.665~.798 for satisfaction of dancing performance participation, Statistical methods used for the data analysis in this study are reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis, and so on. The following conclusion had been got through these study procedure and methods. Firstly, organizational communication in troupe of professional dancers influences in organizational commitment, Secondly, organizational communication in troupe or professional dancers influences in satisfaction of dancing performance participation. Thirdly, organizational commitment in troupe of professional dancers influences in satisfaction of dancing performance participation. Finally, organizational communication in troupe of professional dancers has cause and effect influence with organizational commitment and satisfaction of dancing performance participation.
