The purpose of this study Is to dancer highschool style with regard to emotion quotient. The subjects included 238 female dancers who live in the Seoul area and who were selected by a multi-stage sampling method, Data were collected by using a questionnaire by Moon(1996). Brockert ＆ Braun(1997) about emotion quotient and Scanlan(1993), Joung(1997) about folw, 0the subjects were asked to Indicate the degree of Importance they place on certain variables on a 5 point Likert scale by the self administration method, The scales were deemed reliable since the Cronbach α for emotion quotient scales were .66-.88 respectively. As a result, the dancer highschool style in different along with the emotion quotient.
