This Study has tried to bring out the culture of language from two concepts which are "Identity" and "Oriented Intention", to consider cultural peculiarity of a youth generation shown in aspect of youth communication way. I established a subject of study. And the suggested answers are shown as in below. First, cultural and social conditions that influence language culture of youth generation has deeply related with changes of period in 1990`s. The core influence is digital technology and I also could find that digital media has brought a great changes in way of language usage of youth generation. Second, I could find that language usage in Internet have shown in various way as research cases. Aspects of language usage of youngster shows power of expression in digital technology, shows features of extension and changes of human`s five senses, have reflected social aspects of their own community, shows cultural act. Third, characters in cultural peculiarity of a youth shown in aspect of youth language usage appeared as research foundings below. Culture in youth group has character of "putting new thing from identity exploring". Culture in youth group shows character of "inserting power of generation as establishing identity". Culture in youth group shows "Orientation to identity containing characters in play". "Orientation to exit containing explosive characters".
