The purpose of this study is that the community study room for poor adolescent are illuminate which focus on the actual conditions and role. Poverty for adolescent leads to despair, low self-esteem, and stunted growth - including physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth. Today, social welfare have considers remedial and preventive function in society and go step father developmental function. Furthermore, social welfare concerns social-culture support add up psycho-social support. A community study room for poor adolescent provides various study and life programs to adolescent at present. But the poor adolescent almost every form of damage is far more prevalent and who see themselves as having little opportunity to do better because their disadvantaged social conditions.
