Abstract

목적 : 본 연구는 난소암 세포에서 면역조직화학적 염색을 이용하여 FSH 및 LH 수용체의 발현 빈도를 조사하고 난소암 환자에서의 혈중 성선자극호르몬의 농도를 측정하여 난소암 발생과 성선자극호르몬에 대한 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 방법 : 2002년 1월부터 2003년 7월까지 한림대학교병원 산부인과에 내원하여 난소 종양으로 진단받은 25명의 환자에게서 전자궁 적출술과 양측 부속기 절제술을 통해 난소암 조직을 얻어 면역조직화학적 염색을 시행하였다.
