본 연구는 교사의 가족가치관과 청소년의 부적응 행동 인식간의 관계를 연구하고자 교사의 인구사회학적 변인과 가족 가치관, 이혼가정과 사별가정 청소년에 대한 인식을 분석하였다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기도에 거주하는 중·고등학교 현직 교사 242명을 대상하였다. 교사외 가족가치관에 따른 한부모가족 청소년의 부적응 문제행동에 대한 인식은 성별, 연령, 결혼형태에 따라 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며 교사의 가족가치관이 전통적일수록 한부모가족 청소년의 부적응 문제행동에 대한 인식은 이혼·사별가족청소년 모두 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교사의 이혼에 대한 가치관에 따른 한부모가족 청소년의 부적응 문제행동 인식은 교사의 성별에 영향은 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 연령, 결혼형태, 교지경력에서는 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze how family value of teachers relates with the teacher`s perceptions on the maladjustment of the adolescent. Socio-demographic variables of teachers and family value influence the perceptions on the adolescents in the single-parents family. The subjects are 242 teachers of the secondary schools who live in Seoul and Gyonggi. The results indicated that, sex; age and family-type of teacher were a significant variable of teachers` perceptions on the maladjustment of adolescents. The more the teacher`s family value is a traditional, the more the perceptions on the maladjustment of adolescents relate. The teachers` divorce value influence the perceptions of maladjustment behavior of adolescents according to the teacher`s sex.
