Satisfaction and Activation Methods in Using Bowling Center According to Five-day Working System a Week

This study aims to examine the participation types of bowling, offer convenience for customers in using bowling center and provide basic materials of developing popularization program of bowling and of inducing continuous participation in bowling as the means of utilizing leisure after five-day working system a week, It selected total 648 subjects who enjoyed bowling, work for the company with five-day working system a week and were between thirty and sixty years old and analyzed their answers using statistical program SPSS 11,0, Consequently it obtains the following conclusions. 1. The period of participation less than 3 months and frequency of participation once a week were 40.59% and the number of games per participation was 1-2. games (37.50%). 2. In the satisfaction with bowling center, there were statistically significant differences in satisfaction with subsidiary facilities, services by employees and game cost by sex, with subsidiary facilities, services by employees and game cost by age and with subsidiary facilities and surrounding environment in using bowling center by the types of jobs (p<05). 3, In the correlation analysis of participation motives according to demographical factors, there were significant differences in surrounding environment and game cost by sex and in subsidiary facilities, surrounding environment and game cost by the type of jobs (p<.05). 4. It was found that as a result of multiple regressive analysis of satisfaction with using bowling center according to participation motives, there was a significant relationship with satisfaction in using bowling center at the factors of services by employees, surrounding environment and game cost.
