This study attempted to review and hear professionals` opinion about present Tourist-Foodservice Industry related Laws (tourist foodservice industry is operationally defined as a foodservice industry in tourist destination including tourist special district designated by Tourism Promotional Law) and finally to propose how :o improve the industry laws. To fulfill this purpose, the study analyzed related journals to find legal issues to be surveyed and decided survey Questions through a panel discussion. The opinion survey asked 3 categories ; personal service, product (quality and price of food and beverage), physical factor (sanitation, hygiene and facility). The opinion data is analyzed using PC SAS PACKAGE. Cross-tab, analysis and ANOVA was performed to discriminate the differences among three professional group ; group of industry, group of government, and group of academic society.
