Travel agency has been told that it plays roles of attributing, representing and counseling between tourists and travel objects. In addition to it can provide all kinds of information that tourists want to know when they travel. Circumstances around travel agency`s distribution channel have been also changing step by stem from special type to general type. Along this, the ideas of travel agencies` structure, selling type and distribution that we have before are breaking. The changing of consuming structure, technique progress, Information & Telecommunication development causes these changes. Therefore this study suggested that distribution systeme in travel agencies should be recognized strategically in travel industry and different point of view on environment change should be needed. Also this study tried to analyze basic problem on distribution confusion in travel agency resulted from price competition, low quality and excessive advertisement. Finally this study objected to search new distribution strategy by analyzing general problems in travel agency with understanding structural characteristic of distribution system in Travel agency in Korea.
