This study established the following goals of research. First, through the literature study on leisure activities, we analisis the trends of businessman. Secondly, by use of random sampling method, we could conducted empirical study. In empirical study, we find out the difference of each groups and what is influence on total expectation and satisfaction. Thirdly, through the literature and empirical study, we brought out as a strategical point in developing the leisure products. The findings of the statiscal treatment are as follows. First, the leisure industry ought to make a market segmentation by the characteristic of market. And they must see about the leisure activist`s trends, which could be a source of marketing planning. Secondly, finding out the regular pattern of leisure activities, we ought to analysing the change of leisure treands. Thirdly, the important thing which they must considering is not the time of what they have but the time of what their real activity time. Finally, the leisure facilities should be invested and developed. Also the personel service should be promoted for marketing plan to improve the participant`s satisfaction. The limitation of the study are as follows. the sample of survey is a somewhat abstract. Therefore, a further study to overcome this limitation is being expected.
