This study is not to present explanatory or conclusive study results, but exploratory study. The purpose of this study is establish a theory framework for the interrelations between travel agencies and hotels in tourism system, and to suggest proposals for cooperative relations between travel agencies and hotels. As empirical study results, ① there is no difference in the type of relations between travel agencies and hotels, ② interaction items(dependency, request, price, review of relational activities) are different by group(travel agencies and hotels), and ③ evaluation of relations between travel agencies and hotels as a whole could be explained by 5 interaction items(dependency, reliability, review of relational activities, cooperative sales, price). Futhermore in the future research, the study should be oriented to the exact of emirical research and in-depth research for interorganizational relations in tourism sector.
