Ever since the 1994 `Visit Korea`, the utilization in Korea`s tourist hotel foreign customers continued to decrease year by year. The purpose of this study is to develop management atmosphere of tourist hotel and at the same time forcasts the future. In this respect, it is required efficient development of management style to contribute customers participation, and suggest some good directions through of analysis of the following 1. The management atmosptere of managing division. 2. The management atmosptere of guest rooms 3. The management atmosptere of F & B. 4. The management atmosptere of subsidiary facilities. 5. The management atmosptere of customers.
