The purpose of the study is to suggest approaches to the case analysis to maximize the effcts of case research efforts by referring to the former normativecase study research method literature. Definitions of a case and a case study method were explored, types, the purpose and strength and weakness of a case study were discussed. The next section suggests the steps to analyze a case: finding the study field, defining the primary and secondary problems, mission statements, literature review, comparing alternatives, forecasting the results of alternatives after implementation, choosing an appropriate alternative, implementation plan, report writing and class presentaion. Also, field case study concerns were overviewed. After the role and responsibility of class participants were defined, concluding remarks were presented.
