A major influence on the effective performance of the hotel is the nature of the manager-employees; relationship. The manager`s style of leadership also affects the job satisfaction and performance. It means that leadership is indispensable to accomplish the maximization of product and guest satisfaction and to contribute to the democracy of an organization. In this respects, the purposes of this study are to research what is the desirable behaviors of leasder to promote leaadership satisfaction of the employees. In conclusion, to promote the leadership satisfaction of the employees, it is desirable to improve the elements which directly or greatly affect the leadership satisfaction, and take the multilateral measures. Because of, the most effective form of the hotel manager`s behavior is a product of the total leadership situation.
