According as a family free hand income has been increasing and cultural`s interchanging, it has gradually been changing in the view of leisure. The morderns take more time off to participate in leisure activities than past, what is more, receive human life important compared than material prosperity. So it is effecting the change of tourism industries`s large scale and diversification It results in severe competitive environment. Quality service is not adequate, however, to satisfy customers. It is not yet proved soundly that any difference on employee`s assement on service quality by perceptions and important factors should be explored. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find any different and examine the effective factors of Hotel`s Service Quality Assesment, specially on employee`s assesment. This research study`s findings did show as many significant difference between hotel employee in term of service quiity perception.
