TQM of tourist hotel should plan on market strategy level. Because of tourist hotel business is caused by market-orientated characteritics. Construction of TQM in coporate identitiy results on competitive advantages in market long-termly, and reduction of cost/man-power/time relatively. In Conclusion, TQM of tourist hotel should be plaaned factor related to quality on the whole and total department of hotel. TQM model is composited to five steps. ① Situation Analysis : hotel market structure analysis, SWOT matrix analysis ② Self-recognition : recognition of total competitive situations, performance of basic task in strategic system Construction ③ Quality strategy system Construction : each partial strategic system construction ④ Quality strategy system performance ⑤ Evaluation and feed-back
