The purpose of this study is to inter-conflict factors of travel agency`s employees and to suggest the management techniques. The research acope was limited to travel agencies in the 6 areas(Seoul, Pusan, Taegu, Incheon, Gwangju, Cheju-island) consisting of General Travel Agency employees(319 persons), Domestic Travel Agency employees(157 persons), Overseas Travel(131 persons). An employees working for a company with higher the monthly average income were experiencing conflict due to "the lack of superior`s sincerity for propositions". An employees working for a company with shorter the total service period were experiencing conflict due to " the ambiguousness of personal role". An employees working for a company with greater the number of employees were experiencing conflict due to "interpersonal communication obstacle". The managing techaniques, "forcible demand(order) of superior", "improvment of promotion system", employee`s training, improvement of organization mood", "compromise between persons who are involved in conflict", "Avoidance between persons involved in conflict" should be implemented in general.
