전라남도 담양군 남면에 위치한 광주호의 윤충류상을 밝히기 위하여 1997년 3월부터 12월까지 매월 3개 정점을 선정하여 채집을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 채집된 윤충류는 총 2강 3목 8과 16속 23종으로 동정분류되었으며 그 가운데 단성강이 22종(95.7%), 이성강이 1종(4.3%)으로 각각 밝혀졌다.

In order to clarify the freshwater rotifers fauna inhabiting Lake Kwangju in Damyang-gun chollanam-do, korea, the present study has been carried out monthly at three stations during the period from March, 1997 to December, 1997. As a results, a total of 23 species were identified and classified. Among them, monogonont rotifers in 22 species (95.7%), digonont rotifers in 1 species (4.3%) were identified, respectively.
