忠淸南道 舒川郡의 沿岸에서 採集된 정어러의 形態를 檢討하였다. 이는 정어리가 舒川郡의 治岸에서 最初로 採集된 例이며 同時에 韓半島의 黃海 中北部 沿岸에서도 처음으로 發見된 例이다.

Morphological characteristics of the sardine, Sardinops melanosticta, from the coast of Sochon-gun, Chungchongnam-do is studied. This is the first record of Sardinops melanosticta not only from this coast but from the middlenorthern coast of Yellow Sea from Korean peninisula.
