The purpose of this study was to examine personality type of cadets and personality type characteristics, and measured by the MBTI, was to refer most broadly educational advice. The subjects consisted 288 cadets of the Armed Forces Nursing Academy from May to September, 1994. The results of this study reported a significantly higher percentage of The type, ISTJ(18.4 percent), and ESTJ(12.5 percent) among MBTI 16 Types. The Type ENFJ(1.39 percent), ENTJ(1.74 percent) were a least percentage among MBTI 16 Types. And analysis of variance was employed to determine : The relationship of the four MBTI perception, Judgment preference. (S,N,F,T) Psychological functional preference measured ST(47.2%), SF(30.50%), NT(10.06%), psychological temperament were SJ(48%), SP(29.5%). From the above results, personality characteristics of the majority cadets were enjoyed seeing immediate, result of action and can make decision quickly and effectively use whatever inform is avaiable and there was a larger percentage of person who tended to be practical realistic present-oriented organized and who to deal effectively with factual information. Further research be better suited to a specific area of teaching.
