Two alternative principles have been made use of as a methodology of Business Administration. One is called the economic principle and the other the profitable principle. As such, they are different theoretically from each other, the economic princople established "die normative Betriebswirtschaftslehre" and the profitable principle "Technological Business Administration." However, when we observe the managerial situation of business, we can recognize that two princoples operate correlatively for the managerial object, and we can hardly grasp the intrinsic character of Business Administration withour comprehending the correlativeness of two principles. In fact, the managerial consists of dual structures-production structure, capital structure. Now then, the former forms labour process which is called technical process in other meaning and the latter ownerwhip process which is called pecuniary process. As the above, the managerial situation has dual structures in itself. And so, it is testified that two priciples are in correlativeness when the business is operated. Hereby, institutional analysis is required to answer to the nature of Business Administration. Today`s Business Administration is Going Concern and the Going Concern is an institution. Therefore, we have to grasp the nature of Business Administration as an Institution.
