The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of P.E.T.(Teachers` program). The subjects were 20 women and 1 man who finished P.E.T. Teachers` program for 48 hours. The following specific questions were in the study : 1) the extent of adjusting P.E.T. methods to their practical situations 2) the extent of change in subjects, their children, their family. 3) the extent and the reasons of difficulty in adjusting P.E.T. skills. The data were analyzed in Mean & Standard Deviation. The result obtained from the study were as follows ; 1) Most subjects reported more adjustment for `Problem Ownership`. `I-Message` and `Active Listening` but less adjustment for `Method III(No-lose method), `Changing the Environment` and `Preventing Conflicts`. In `Typical Twelve`, 「Ordering……」, 「Judging……」and 「Name-Calling……」 are used less. 2) After P.E.T. program, subjects reported affirmative change in themselves. 3) Most subjects reported difficulty for `Changing Gear`, `Method III`, `Changing the Environment`, `Preventing Conflicts` and `Typical Twelve`. The reasons of difficulty were subjects` unskilling for P.E.T. and uncontrolling of past rearing practices.
