1. Object. The main object of this study is aiming to develop well being and happiness to the child in our nation analizing and reserching problems and present situation concerned to child-welfare. 2. Content. (a) Current situation concerned to the service of needy child`s facilities (Dependency, Neglect, Delinquency, Physical and mental handicap and emotional disturbance) (b) Relief work of Unfortunate children(Day care center, Adoption and protective service) (c) Variouse facilities to developing the healthy child such as : Pay- ground, Children`s center and other services. 3. Method In regard to child-welfare, the content of this statement based on practical materials and other various statistical element which has been studied and reserched by concerned semina, institute domestic and overseas, in order to acknowledge the decent information concerning to operating the afferent facilities I have been visiting institute concerned and met the many members who are engaging with this activities. 4. Result Through this study I acknowledged that history of the child-welfare activities in our country has started several hundred years ahead of the time than that of England, I further realized that the history of the child-welfare activities are created several hundred years ago regardless western or the easten people, However, nower days in many respect of the matter we are far behind in the progress what they have made in other country, not only we are still in conservative situation in this field, but also child-welfare activities in our country is limited only for Needy child and remains inefficiency,therefore, I hereby propose several propositions to promote child-welfare activities here in this country. A. Child is not the personal belonging to their parent but it important to respect the value of the personality of the child as a general human being B. Child-welfare activities must be executed with potential prevential attitude. C. Increasing the essential child-welfare facilities enlarging and developing the education is required. D. Government has to reinforce financial assistance to the child-welfare projects realizing that the investment in this field is profitable in the future days. E. It is required that workers serving to this project must be trained professionally and rewards to these workers has to be raised to higher sarary. F. It is also required that movement for enlighting to this projects will be proceed potentially among the nation-wide people, so as to nation-wide peoples attendance to this project is essential. G. It is essential that Adoption project which we have just started nower days, should be executed potentially to the nation-wide people, and adopter of the child has to fully supporting the adopted child. H. This project has to be handled by the professional worker, and government has to support and provide every needs concluding the problems and difficulties concerned to proceding the domestic adoption projects. I. Increasing the child`s day care center to the nation-wide needed area is essential, able person has to be trained and reward to these person must be raised to the higher sarary. J. Government has to enhance the project opening the job to the elder-child, and those child must be educated in vocational or other professional schools to the job they has obtained. K. Law concerned to child-welfare has to be reviewed and has to be amended if necessary. Also if the aditional law is required it has to be established and should be in effect with no delay.
