The Relationships between Roll Conflict and Job Satisfaction of Special and Normal School Physical Education Teacher

The purpose of this study was to research on the relationships between roll conflict and job satisfaction of special and normal school physical education teacher. In order to meet this purpose, the following three research questions were suggested : 1) Relanship between organization climate and roll conflict or job satisfaction. 2) Relanship the relationships between roll conflict and job satisfaction of special and normal school physical education teacher 3) Relanship roll conflict or job satisfaction. The subjects of this study were comprised of 236 physical education teachers with normal and special school in seoul and kyoung-inn province. The data were collected from questionnaire which was to respond to item constructed to represent each variable. Statistics employed to analyse the collected data was Frequencies, ANOVA, ANCOVA and Multiple Regression Aanalysis. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. rolll conflict differ due to and demographic social characterstics of physical education teachers. roll conflict differs among sex, class in overroad, among type, school in person-roll conflict, and teacher career variables. 2. job satisfaction differ due to and demographic social characterstics of physical education teachers. Job satisfaction of the physical teacher`s differ human relationship, job-circumstance and reward in school. 3. Nothing is roll conflict in school variable, but covariate variables differ in career, and The school kind affect on the Job satisfactin. 4. Roll conflict affect on the job satisfaction.
